We founded 3Vision in 2003, after many years working in the industry, to provide companies with expert advice to help them build successful content businesses

3Vision is a leading international content consultancy. We work for all types of TV platforms, TV channels, content owners and technology providers.

Our point of difference is that we're industry insiders - so we know the market inside out. We use this knowledge and expertise to give clients extra insight and a competitive edge.

Our clients include many leading media players such as Canal+, Discovery, Telenet, TeliaSonera, Microsoft, BBC Worldwide, Vectra, Red Bull and Viacom. We don’t just help the big players though and work with smaller companies and start-ups to help them make their mark in this complex and competitive industry.

3Vision also helps organisations operating TV services in specialist markets - such as hotels, universities and hospitals. And we guide technology companies like Siemens, Rovi, SES and SintecMedia through the content world.

Chief Executive Officer

Toby is the founder of 3Vision. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the business as well as managing the company’s high level content provider relationships. Toby has many strategic relationships with key contacts around the world including all the Hollywood Studios.

Before 3Vision Toby spent 10 years in the international TV division of Walt Disney and represented Disney on the board of HBO Europe.

Toby is also Founder and Executive Director of 3Vision Distribution and an Associate at Lumina Search.

Jonathan Nickell

Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan is responsible for the operational management of 3Vision and project delivery teams. A trained Lawyer; Jonathan heads up many of 3Vision's rights negotiation projects.

Jonathan is also widely regarded as a global expert on African Pay TV Platforms. His experience with content licensing and channel agreements have included securing numerous deals with Hollywood Studios and other major content providers.

Jonathan is also a founder and Executive Director of 3Vision Distribution.

Jack Davison

Managing Consultant

Leading on many of 3Vision's strategy, marketing and VOD projects, Jack has a unique understanding of the factors that make Pay TV and new product launches successful.

Jack is well suited to lead on such products having previously been Head of VOD Product at Virgin Media, and a pioneer of IPTV and VOD whilst VP of Content at Yes Television. Prior to this Jack worked for IMG Media, the world's largest independent producer and distributor of sports programming.

Business Development Director

Maria focuses on identifying new clients in the content world that could benefit from our specialist experience. She also looks for opportunities to expand the range of services offered by 3Vision to grow the business.

Before 3Vision Maria worked for Walt Disney’s international TV division, managing programme distribution across EMEA. She has also worked in advertising sales at the UK’s leading broadcaster, ITV.

Sales & Business Development Manager

Hayley is responsible for managing 3Vision’s business development clients, where she specialises in helping consumer electronic and software companies build relationships with leading content providers.

Working directly alongside the CEO, Hayley manages new client activity, using her in-depth understanding of industry developments and trends she helps companies understand how to improve the performance of their businesses.

Hayley holds a First Class Degree in International Relations, has spent time working for an award-winning Political Consultancy and has lived and worked in Shanghai.

Financial Controller

Amanda is responsible for the Financial Management and Corporate Governance of the business. Amanda’s accountancy experience is broad covering Charitable accounts, public and private sectors.

Previously Amanda spent 7 years on the board of a Limited Company

Amanda is also the Financial Controller for 3Vision Distribution

In addition to tending two allotments Amanda is a keen photographer. Having restored a Cottage in Bath, she has now turned her attentions to renovating a property abroad
